A supportive place to find the help you need

At Peak Potential Personal Development, we believe that people are capable of meaningful change when they receive the right support. Our practice offers both counseling and neurofeedback services designed to help children, teens, and adults overcome challenges such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, and emotional stress.

Some clients come to us for therapy. Others are interested in neurofeedback — a brain-based training approach that helps improve focus, emotional regulation, and resilience. If you're not sure which approach is right for you, we’re happy to help you figure that out.

Two ways we can support you:

Therapy

Work with one of our therapists to address challenges such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, relationship struggles, and life transitions.

We offer therapy for children, teens, adults, and couples in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback is a non-invasive, drug-free therapy that helps the brain learn healthier patterns of activity.

It can help improve focus, emotional regulation, sleep, and resilience for people experiencing challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, or mood difficulties.

Not sure which approach is right for you? We’re happy to help you decide.
